Lawyer, André graduated in Law from the PUCRS and in a Masters degree from UFRGS (International Law / Intellectual Property). His career was built within important Brazilian Law Firms and as Legal Director of Grêmio Foot-ball Porto Alegrense (2009-10). In FMA he assists clients in transactions and litigation matters related to IT, Games and Esports industries with this wide experience in Intellectual Property, Entertainment Law, Corporate Agreements and Public Funding Tools.
André is a member and former President of the Intellectual Property Comission of the BAR Association of the Rio Grande do Sul state, as well as of the Esports Bar Association (EBA), the International Game Developers Association (IGDA) and the International Association for Artificial Intelligence and Law (IAAIL). He is also a volunteer mentor in national and international entrepreneurship programs and incubators/accelerators (INOVATIVA, ACE, MIT HACK BRAZIL, GLOBAL GAMES PITCH).

Lawyer, graduated in Law from the PUCRS, Daniel holds two MBAs on Tax Law and Construction Management and Real Estate Development from the Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). He built his career in traditional law firms of corporate and public law specialties. Daniel is an advisor at Real Estate Ventures Boards and has a distinguished experience in conflicts resolution before public entities.
